    Complementary drinks at juice bar, fantastic service. Good pool area too. Marvellous and awesome location on water activities, easy to get anywhere. Really close to attentive, the Ministry of Tourism, and the center of loads of construction.

    I enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the fresh juices and pastries. The staff was friendly and guided us through the resort well. The clean suite offered a nice balcony where I could relax. The buggies provided quick access to the beach, easy to spend time by the water.

    I encountered issues with room service. While exploring the area, I found the lack of evening entertainment to be a downside for someone like me who wanted some social interaction.

    actually, everything was great and perfect. employee jalal was so nice and helped us with all things. just great. then i was down in the restaurant amouage... there i was literally spoiled by the employee yassine... he has served my wife and me really fantastic. just a hotel that deserves the five stars..

    egyptian employee khalid at the reception is completely out of place. we had to wait 30 min after the long journey until he would have finished the paperwork. just unprofessional!!!!
